Genese designs and manufactures Mineral Insulated (MI) Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD’s) for a wide variety of industries and applications, including wire-wound platinum RTD mineral insulated assemblies that can be bent like a thermocouple, except in the tip portion that contains the element. Our thin film platinum element assemblies and copper -nickel element assemblies feature a minimum active length of 3” standard and 10mm for special purpose.

Widely used RTD elements are Simplex, Duplex and Triplex in 2-Wire, 3-Wires, 4-wires combinations of Pt-100, Pt-200, Pt-500, Pt-1000, Cu-53, Cu-2000, Pt-10, Pt-46, Pt-50 based on applications according to DIN43670 or IEC751 Class-A or B within range of -200°C to +850°C.

To meet the precise requirements of your application, we provide RTD assemblies with a wide variety of termination styles, mounting fittings, sensor tolerances, sheath diameters, length and materials.
