Genese extensive range of Electric Process Heaters use electricity to increase the temperature of liquids and gases within process systems. Depending on the application, electric process heaters may be used for both direct and indirect heating, which makes them a particularly versatile heating option.
The heating element inside every electric heater is an electrical resistor, and works on the principle of Joule heating: an electric current passing through a resistor will convert that electrical energy into heat energy. Different types of heating elements are present in these heaters with nickel alloy as the best to use. Many different types of heaters are available depends on application.
